It's really nice to know that this light is always providing active rear lighting. Initially I was nervous if connection was compatible with the dynamo I purchased, but it worked. Perhaps they are universal. I like the line in/load out ports on the companion revo light. My only criticism is that the cable the red eye comes with is only long enough to get to the seat post. It will not reach your rear rack. Thank you
