Scaling the OLAS system up
The number of OLAS transmitters that can be tracked has increased to 25. This enhances the ability for crew safety and crew management on larger vessels where there is a higher potential for an MOB going unnoticed.

Connection to new EXTENDER firmware
The new Extender firmware allows faster and easier setup of the Extender system with OLAS app integration. 2 x Extenders can now be seamlessly connected increasing the potential vessel length which can be covered to 100 ft.

OLAS transmitter connection management
Add in new OLAS transmitters simply by bringing them next to the Core. Easily add in OLAS transmitters that are in range using the OLAS app.

Customisable Detection time
Adjusting the Detection Time allows a period where an OLAS transmitter can reconnect silently, preventing any alert from occurring. This may be preferable on larger vessels with multiple cabins where there is an increased chance of signal being blocked.

Customisable Alert Delay time
Adjusting the alert delay time changes the amount of time the operator has before the MOB alert and relay is activated. This may be preferable on larger vessels where there is increased chance of signal being blocked. During the ‘Alert Delay’ period an alert will sound to indicate signal has been lost. During this period if the control switch is pressed it manually overrides the MOB alarm for 30 seconds allowing the OLAS transmitter to be brought back into range.
